| CUSTOM BLENDED IRON PHOSPHATIZING
Commercial Industrial Supply Co., Inc. (“CISCO”) is an industry leader in iron phosphatizing products. We offer customers custom-blended iron phosphatizers (“Ferricote”) specially formulated to produce peak cleaning, iron-phosphatizing and paint adhesion results.
FERRICOTETM IRON PHOSPHATIZERS
CISCO carries one of the widest product lines of iron phosphatizers. Our FerricoteTM Iron Phosphatizers were developed from years of customizing iron phosphatizers to various customers depending on their water chemistry, metal quality, application and special cleaning requirements.
IRON PHOSPHATIZER TEST KIT
Today we offer 24 Ferricote blends. Our top 12 and most widely effective blends are used in our Iron Phosphatizer Test Kit. This test kit provides users an easy, low cost test that delivers immediate results. Tests are performed on-site to ensure results that will most accurately reflect what customers can expect when using their iron phosphatizer products. The result is that customers will identify a custom blend that works best for them. PAINT ADHESION TESTING
CISCO also offers Iron Phosphatizing and Paint Adhestion Testing performed by our trained staff. Our team works onsite with customers to evaluate their needs, assess their current processes and collect water and metal samples for testing. Written and visual results of the paint adhesion test are provided comparing the existing pre-treatment system and the proposed pre-treatment system. The primary benefit of this process is that it allows the customer to see the variations in final adhesion quality of their product and make a fully informed business decision based on their cost and benefit preferences.
