ALUMINATETM
Degreaser, Detergent
and Metal Brightener
|
Aluminate is a highly concentrated triple combination acid based detergent and degreaser. It removes scale, lime and soap film as well as grease, oil and processing fluids. Aluminate cleans and brightens stainless steel and aluminum.
Aluminate degreases, removes lime and scale, brightening in one operation. Used by: metal part fabricators, equipment restoration specialists, sewage and water treatment plants, factories, kitchens, food processing plants, and bakeries. Aluminate’s uses are unlimited, making it one of the most versatile detergents available.

ANNIHILATETM
Rust and Mill Scale Remover
| Annihilate is an extremely powerful inhibited acid detergent designed for the removal of rust and mill scale from metal surfaces prior to phosphatizing and painting.
Mix 1 part Annihilate to 3 parts water in hand operated power sprayer. Spray surface to be cleaned with a fine to medium mist to evenly wet the entire surface.
On vertical surfaces always start at the bottom with a horizontal movement and work up. Allow product to stay in contact with metal surface for 1 to 2 minutes, accounting for the thickness of the rust or mill scale. Power wash the entire surface with ample amounts of phosphate solution to ensure removal of acidic residues.

CITRASUDSTM
Degreaser and Cleaner
|
CitraSuds is a blend of natural solvents surfactants and other detergent components. It is designed to remove grease, oil and other soils including carbonaceous soils from concrete, metal and other hard surfaces. CitraSuds performs heavy duty cleaning without the use of petrochemical solvents, glycol ethers, chlorinated solvents or harsh alkalis. It can be used for hand wiping cleanup of equipment or general housekeeping.
CitraSuds may be used for hot tank cleaning at 10% to 20% with water. It is safe on ferrous and nonferrous metals. For use as a general-purpose maintenance cleaner, dilute CitraSuds 1:5 to 1:50 with water.
Due to its pleasant citrus aroma, CitraSuds is an excellent cleaner for the floors of service shops. CitraSuds may be used in conjunction with steam cleaning or pressure washing equipment. It is very useful for the removal of most ink and dye stains.

FERRICOTETM
Iron Phosphatizer
| Ferricote liquid iron phosphate is specially formulated for hot water or steam cleaning phosphatizing. It contains detergents that are highly effective in removing heavy, oily type soils, such as welding anti-splatter, drawing oils, etc. Ferricote will clean and produce a corrosion resistant, paint-bonding, iron phosphate coating on ferrous metals.
No pH adjustment is required when used at the recommended concentration and under normal operating conditions.
Ferricote can be used with almost any phosphatizing system. It is a trouble-free product that is safe to use and can be automatically metered into the operation. The most cost effective concentrations are from 1.5% to 3.0% by volume, providing effective cleaning and phosphatizing at a low chemical cost.

FERROPREPTM
Cleaner and Rust Stripper
| FerroPrep is a liquid acid cleaner and rust stripper. It has special solvents and surfactants making it extremely effective for rust, scale or lime removal on ferrous metal surfaces. FerroPrep is especially useful for the removal of welding smut on stainless steel.
FerroPrep can be hand wiped on metal for removal of light rust, heat scale or hard water lime buildup. It imparts a light coating to steel parts prior to finishing operations, increasing paint adhesion. Normal use concentrations range from 1:3 to 1:20 with water. It is effective at room temperature and its activity increases with temperature. Operating temperatures with this product range from 72-160 degrees F.

FERROSPRAYTM
Low Foaming
High Alkaline Cleaner
| Ferro-Spray is a low foaming blend of liquid caustics, surfactants and buffering agents. This highly concentrated blend makes Ferro-Spray the spray cleaner of choice for the metal fabricating industry. This product is ideal for cleaning steel or ferrous metal parts in the first stage of a five stage phosphatizing wash system. Ferro-Spray may be used as an engine block or steel parts spray wash in cabinet type washers. Be sure to use a rust inhibitor as it does not have rust inhibition properties. It is safe to use on chrome, nickel and stainless steel, and is biodegradable. Absolutely do not use on aluminum or cuprous metals. Use at 0.5% to 3.0% by volume of water, depending on severity of soils to be cleaned.

GENIEKLEENTM
High Alkaline Cleaner for
Food Processing Industry
| GenieKleen is a biodegradable, high alkaline cleaner designed specifically for the food processing industry. It can be used in either hand pump or water pressure foam generating equipment. GenieKleen is safe to use on chrome, nickel and stainless steel. Use 8-12 ounces of product per gallon of water, depending on the level of grease and soil build-up. GenieKleen may be applied with regular spray equipment, mop, sponge or brush. For best results, apply with foam generating equipment. For food plant cleaning, follow by rinse with potable water. GenieKleen is great for packing plants, dairies, smokehouses, poultry and fish processors, fast food services, bakeries and bottlers. Not for use on aluminum.

HURRICANETM
Degreaser and Cleaner
|
Hurricane is a heavy-duty alkaline cleaner and degreaser formulated especially for spray washers. It may be automatically metered into the wash stage for an economical operation. This product is a low foaming, free rinsing detergent designed to remove dirt, grease, oil, and processing lubricants. It may be used on most metals including aluminum, steel, iron, stainless steel, and cast iron.
Hurricane contains a rust inhibitor to prevent flash rusting. It may be used as a solvent substitute in parts washers as it is 100% active and contains no fillers. For normal cleaning use 1 gallon in 50 gallons of water. Certain pressure sprayers dilute cleaner automatically, so follow equipment manufacturers directions for dilution procedures.

ONESTEPTM
Neutral pH Metal Cleaner
| One Step is an environmentally safe, neutral pH concentrated detergent suitable for cleaning all types of metal surfaces with no special disposal requirements. It contains a variety of degreasing agents designed to remove dust, glove prints, and other soils found in manufacturing plants. One Step is a low foaming detergent specifically formulated for cleaning metal parts prior to painting. When properly used, ferrous metals can be washed and dried without flash rust. One Step is suitable for use with metering systems used in high-pressure washers. Contains degreasing agents to remove dust, glove prints, and other soils found in a manufacturing plant.
For best results use in a high pressure hot water system without a rinse. Wash part thoroughly and let dry.

POW'RTM
Degreaser and Detergent
General Purpose Cleaner
| POW’R is a non-butyl, water soluble, concentrated degreaser and general purpose cleaner. It is a triple packed punch of cleaning power for those tough to solve cleaning situations. First, a combination of detergents works synergistically to remove dirt and grime. Second, it attacks both petroleum and food greases with a vengeance. Third, it contains a powerful odor neutralizer that helps combat foul odors. POW’R leaves cleaned areas smelling fresh and clean.
Excellent for use in kitchens on vent hoods, walls, floors, ceramic tile, quarry tile and stainless steel. In factories, use on tile and concrete floors, equipment, forklifts, engines, etc.
POW’R actually emulsifies the grease and oil preventing it from redepositing on the surface being cleaned. Use on bathroom floor and walls, around toilets and urinals. Because it contains a deodorant, odors cease to be a problem. Care should be taken when working around glass and aluminum. Strong solutions may cause etching.

ROAD KINGTM
Liquid Vehicle Wash

Road King is a chemically balanced formula that covers a wide range of cleaning tasks. It removes the toughest of soils, including road film, soot and road film. Road King rinses quickly and easily and may be used as a pre-soak in a tunnel wash system.

SPATTERSHIELDTM
Weld Anti-Spatter
| Spattershield is a ready-to-use welding anti-spatter. Apply before the welding process for easy clean up of weld spatter and weld slag residue.
Because Spattershield is a pre-coat, it makes for easy clean up on all metals when using a soap cleaner or soap cleaner with a phosphatizer after welds are complete. Because it works with most metals, Spattershield is the most versatile anti-spatter found on the market today.

SUPERDUTYTM
Degreaser and Cleaner
| Super Duty is a heavy duty, liquid butyl alkaline cleaner and degreaser. Blended in a triple-strength concentrate, it is economical to use when cleaning dirty or greasy soils.
Super Duty is a moderate foaming, free rinsing detergent that will remove dirt, grease, and oil. It can be used in hand-pump sprayers, pressure washers, automatic floor scrubbers or rotary floor machines. Because it is highly concentrated alkaline cleaner, use with care around painted or aluminum surfaces. These surfaces should always be thoroughly rinsed after contact.
Super Duty is used by metal fabricators to remove grease from metals. When used at the proper dilution ratio this product is an excellent cleaner for floors, equipment, engines and tools. It can also be used on concrete, terrazzo, tile, vinyl asbestos, rubber and plastic. To ensure a residue free surface rinsing is always recommended.
